行政院長賴清德13日接見國際青年商會中華民國總會主辦的「中華民國第55屆十大傑出青年當選人」，但「企業、創業及經濟發展類」當選人林之晨建議，政府若想成功推動「新南向政策」，勢必要加強英語教育，並將英文列為第二官方語言。民進黨立委吳思瑤也在總質詢時建議賴清德把英語列為第二官方語言。
「AppWorks之初創投」創始合夥人林之晨，當著賴清德語教育部長潘文忠的面說，他7年前從美國回台創業，發現台灣最缺憾的是，英文教育做得太失敗，很多人花了許多時間學英文，卻連聽跟講的能力都沒有，因此英語列為第二官方語言，「是必須要做的事情」。
林之晨指出，他參加玉山論壇時發現，台上講者說英文、台下每個人卻都戴著耳機，讓翻譯把英文翻成中文，同時新聞報導出來，英翻中文內容也錯的；林之晨憂心，若未來30年要發展新南向，連英文都聽不懂、翻譯也翻不好，新南向政策恐難成功。
另一方面，吳思瑤在立院質詢，賴清德在台南市長任內，曾宣示要用10年時間，來把英語變成台南第二官方語言，現在擔任行政院長是否會持續推動？賴清德則回應，英語成為第二官方語言，由城市推動和國家要來推動並不一樣，他建議可在教育部內先成立英文成為官方語言的推動委員會，先進行研究、調查。
由光榮特庫摩推出的日本戰國動作遊戲《仁王》繼首波 DLC「東北之龍」後，第二波 DLC「義之繼承者」也首度曝光，故事重點將放在知名武將「真田幸村」與「大阪之役」上。
新 DLC 中除了帶玩家前往大阪城之外，也會新增新武器「拐棍」，全新護甲、妖怪、道具與守護靈等。另外搭配 DLC 也有全新的獎杯等著玩家挑戰。

除了新要素之外，本次 DLC 重點就是放在「戰國第一兵」真田幸村身上，作為戰國時代最後一場戰役，在「大阪之役」中真田幸村到底抱持著什麼樣的想法？而主角三浦按針在其中又扮演什麼樣的角色呢？相信 DLC 推出後，玩家們都會找到這些問題的答案。
「義之繼承者」預計在 7 月 25 日推出，售價為 10 美金，先前有購買季票的玩家將可以直接下載。
